About Shetek

Shetek Lutheran Ministries is owned and operated on a nonprofit basis by congregations in S.W. Minnesota and S.E. South Dakota of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The camp serves its congregations and other groups who enter its gates year round as a center for people to grow and share in God's love for all people.

Rules for acceptance and participation in our USDA program are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.

What is Camp Like?

Shetek's location provides for year round fun and adventure in the great outdoors - explore the lake in a canoe, fish from the nearby causeway or perhaps off of our pontoon boat, cross-country ski across the lake to the State Park, enjoy a vigorous game of broomball on the lake, or take a stroll to the end of the island.

Whatever you choose to do, you will be surrounded by the beauty of God's creation.
