Safe - this site provides a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Paying with a credit card on a secure internet site is safer than in a traditional retail environment where you may leave behind both a signature and multiple copy forms.

Secure - this site uses the latest in encryption technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which protects all transactions in our servers. SSL encrypts credit card numbers by scrambling the data into a format which can only be read by an authorized processor.

Guaranteed - If you experience unauthorized use of your card as a result of shopping through this site, notify your credit card company immediately. Upon confirming that credit card fraud occurred, the credit card issuer should waive any liability on your part for the unauthorized card.  If the full amount is not waived, this site will reimburse to you any remaining liability up to a maximum of $50.  Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized usage to this amount.

Shetek Lutheran Ministries refund policy -
For onsite programs, the $60 deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the program.  For offsite programs, the $100 deposit is non-refundable.  For donations, in an emergency or for some reason you need to have your donation refunded to you, please contact us and we will refund it in 5 business days.
